In 2023 Arielle Loewen made the decision to transition from training at a commercial gym to at home in her garage. The transition was scary, overwhelming, and unknown at first. But in the silence she found peace, discipline, and passion. That year, she went on to place 3rd at the 2023 NoBull CrossFit Games. She worked hard in the dark and shown in the light.
