This product is made of durable plastic and is a jumbo hair claw made for thicker hair. This is a matte paint so it doesn't scuff or peel. The reliable spring is strong and the clip opens almost 180 degrees which is enough to keep your hair in place whether wet or dry. The teeth are long enough to give a good grasp.  It is non slip and ready to be put to work!
